The Role

We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Recruitment Account Manager to manage and grow key client accounts within CYP and Mental Health services, with a strong temporary (temp desk) focus.

You will take ownership of a busy temp desk, ensuring consistent candidate availability, excellent client service, and high fill rates across ongoing staffing requirements.
